I’ve been modifying the design of the Museum’s blog – use the link to see the current version. Now this page looks messy in comparison but I’m not going to worry about that right now since I’m probably the only person to see it.

It is hoped that the Museum will get its own proper website soon, meanwhile the blog will have to suffice.

The rotating Madonna has been on view at the Museum of Electrical Philosophy for about the past 10 days. Today she moved out to make room for something different. She hasn’t gone far and may be back. More at the related Museum of Electrical Philosophy blog – see link at left.

Not much progress today at the Museum workshop. The mechanics of the Whirling Virgin are proving elusive. Actually not so much whirling as sedately rotating.

A further observation. It appears to be random whether the rotation is left or right, clockwise or anti. So the mechanism needs to be independent of the spin parity.
